Temperature check: Your temperature will be taken with a contactless thermometer when you arrive. If your temperature is 100F or above, we will reschedule your appointment with no penalty fee. (Pac Med clients: this screening is done at the front door of the medical clinic before you get to our treatment area. Please contact us if you are denied entrance to the building so we know where you are.) Masks: Masks for practitioner and client are required at all times. We will provide you with a mask if you do not have one. Informed consent: There is a heightened transmission risk receiving treatment with prolonged, close contact during this outbreak. We have a new consent for treatment form to read and sign before your massage starts. Additional health screening: We have an additional symptom check form to read and sign at the beginning of each visit while COVID-19 is still in our community. This form includes commonly understood COVID-19 symptoms and may change as we learn more about symptoms. Please read and sign before your massage starts. If you have been diagnosed and recovered from COVID-19: we will talk in more depth about your current health and activity status, and may offer a gentler massage based on potential complications.
Updated cancellation policy:Please stay home if you are not feeling well! If you have an elevated temperature or other known COVID-19 symptoms the day of your appointment, we will reschedule you at no cost. If you decline to wear a mask at your visit, or decline any of the screening steps above, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for a $95 cancellation fee.
