Masks:  We are healthcare providers! Masks are still recommended in healthcare settings but not currently required. We can provide you with a mask if you would like one during your session.
If you have been diagnosed and recovered from COVID-19: we will talk in more depth about your current health and activity status, and may offer a gentler massage based on potential complications.

Updated cancellation policy: Please stay home if you are not feeling well! If you have an elevated temperature or other known COVID-19 symptoms the day of your appointment, we will reschedule you at no cost.
