Masks: We are healthcare providers! Masks for practitioner and client are still required at all times in our offices. We will provide you with a mask if you do not have one. Informed consent: There is a heightened transmission risk receiving treatment with prolonged, close contact during this outbreak. New clients need to read and sign our consent for treatment form before your massage starts. If you have been diagnosed and recovered from COVID-19: we will talk in more depth about your current health and activity status, and may offer a gentler massage based on potential complications.
Updated cancellation policy:Please stay home if you are not feeling well! If you have an elevated temperature or other known COVID-19 symptoms the day of your appointment, we will reschedule you at no cost. If you decline to wear a mask at your visit, or decline any of the screening steps above, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for a $110 cancellation fee.
