I am a 2009 graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Seattle and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. I have received regular massage therapy for years and know firsthand the stress-relieving and pain-relieving benefits of massage. I spent many years in a career as a laboratory chemist, but decided to study massage therapy when I saw friends struggling with sports-related injuries, long physical rehabilitation processes, and frustrating periods away from the activities they enjoy. My massage approach is to be as specific as necessary to relieve pain or treat an injury, while still providing a relaxing experience for you as a whole.
Outside of the office, I enjoy choral singing and spending as much time as possible in my sea kayak.
